On 19 September, it will be two years since we opened a branch in Canada. This is particularly important for us as Canada was the first step for Fulfillment Box’s presence in North America.
We are proud to have been able to provide high-quality fulfillment services in Canada to our customers for the past two years. Considering COVID-19 and the geopolitical situation, these have been two difficult years for our company. However, we have overcome the challenges and would like to share with you our results for this period.
- Our warehouse in Canada is located in the logistical centre of the country, in the most populous region – Toronto, so we can supply most regions of Canada in the shortest possible time.
- The distance to the nearest Amazon warehouses is about 10-15 km, which allows FBA delivery within 1-2 business days.
- In the two years of our existence, we have already expanded the warehouse space twice in order to offer our customers a wide range of services every year and to continuously increase our capacities.
- Within two years, our warehouse in Canada has grown from zero to 85 regular customers and continues to attract new customers. In 2022, 24 new customers joined the central warehouse in Canada, and in the first eight months of 2023, there were 20 new customers, which is a testament to the good reputation and trust of our customers!
- Our warehouse handles over 30,000 shipments a year and processes tens of thousands of removals and returns.
